Self-improvement works?

Yes, it can happen to you! EVERY TIME!

Read the article posted on my website at http://www.my-personal-development-secrets.com/self-improvement.html for more indepth learning.

I got this through Bob Doyle-the writer who emailed me some time ago and its on my website for your reading pleasure. - In case, some of you missed my RSS feed.

If still confused after reading the article, just blog here and many people can discuss it.

May you succeed in your personal development!

Hey Jennifer - Great Post!

I completely agree with you.

As an Exercise Scientist and Trainer I have spent much of the last twenty-five years helping people change their body. Smaller, bigger, lighter, leaner, more muscle, more flexibility, speed, power... Athletes, non-athletes, kids, mums, dads.....whatever they were after; that's what I did my best to deliver.

Who we are, how we are and why we are, is a choice.

We get to choose the type of person we become.

We don't have to be the product of our life-experiences.

We get to choose to be incredible, amazing, inspirational and exceptional human beings DESPITE our life experiences. DESPITE what the world or others have taught us. DESPITE our situation or circumstances.DESPITE our history and DESPITE the expectations of others.

Mother Teresa did.

Martin Luther did.

Nelson Mandela did.

They did exceptional things, they lived exceptional lives, they were exceptional.

By Choice.

Keep up the great writing Jennifer!

Thank you, Craig; for the great encouragement and great comment!

I am glad that someone out there agree with me .. there's so many people so caught up in their work-life that they simply don't see "CHOICE". So sad ... but we still need to be there for them.
